Allison has over 25 years of experience in working
with individuals and groups as a psychotherapist,
consultant, and coach. Allison facilitates workshops
pertaining to women and adolescent females, stress
reduction, wellness, and self-esteem building.

Allison writes a regular column, "Understanding
Adolescence," for the Poughkeepsie Journal, a
Gannett newspaper. She also writes monthly for
"Living and Being," a holistic wellness magazine. She
has published award winning fiction and is currently
working on several projects for publication.
Allison lives in the Mid-Hudson Valley with her
husband, one twenty-something,2 teenagers, an 11
year old, three dogs, and two cats.
